o Pan-fried wild fish, Puikula fingerling potato, celeriac, dried blackcurrants and brown butter

Krog Roba offers a growing number of vegetarian dishes and also has wild fish more frequently on its menus. In the kitchen, everything starts with what’s in season, and the share of domestic products is kept as high as possible. Minimising food waste during preparation and cooking is key.
