"When the year is turning to fall Krog Robas kitchen team get inspiration of all the wonderful ingredients that it offers: chantarelles will be pickled and finnish apples are caramelized in the oven for the ice cream. What comes to main course finnish freshwater fish will be served accompanied with jerusalem artichoke with its different textures. The king of the steaks will be back: chateaubriand is cutted of the coeur de fillet of the finnish beef tenderloin (180grams) for pan frying - it will be served with bearnaise-sauce and crispy potatoes. You can taste the sophisticated aroma of ceps in the fresh rigatoni-mushroom pasta dish which is served as well with pan fried oyster mushrooms and pickled chantarelles.
