The starter buffet features delicacies such as hot-smoked salmon, beef tartare, and wild mushroom salad. Then it’s time for mouthwatering blinis with all the classics: roe, onion, sour cream, pickles, and Mesila honey. And if dad isn’t already smiling from ear to ear, the desserts will guarantee it: cheeses with preserves, a slice of cake, and a candy buffet!
