You know that feeling? When the door behind you opens and out of the corner of your eye you see the delicious sandwiches landing on the serving table. The fresh-looking smoothies are lined up. You can already taste the pastry served with your coffee in your mouth. And then you hear the magic words: let's take a break and continue after coffee!
When a little treat during a meeting is all you need! On this site you will find our prices for the meeting rooms only and light refreshments to combine with your meeting. If you're hungry for more, take a look at our handy meeting packages, which include a delicious lunch.
Meeting room facilities at Emmy and Selim include wi-fi, a video projector, screen and flap board. Our pricing is based on the start time and duration of the meeting on an hourly basis.

Meeting space rental
Hourly rates for events from 7.00 to 16.00:
* First hour 170 €
* Hour after the first hour 70 €
* Or the whole day 500 €
Hourly rates for events starting after 16.00:
* 1 to 4 hours €300
* 1 hour for 4 hours - 1 hour for 1 hour after €50
max. until 21.00.
Snacks & coffee beverages
* Coffee / tea 5.00 €
* Coffee and coffee sandwich (sweet or savoury) 14.90 €
* Coffee/tea and salty or sweet coffee bread 20.90 €
* Whole fruit 4.70 €
* Sliced fruit 20.00 € / bowl (approx. 5 persons)

Do you serve vegan and gluten-free?
We take special diets and allergies into account. Please let us know well in advance so that our kitchen can prepare for them.
Why is there no detailed information on the menu on the website?
Our skilled kitchen prefers seasonal fresh ingredients and tries to use all the ingredients available during the day for our various restaurant activities. That's why the treat served with coffee is sometimes a mouth-watering chocolate cake and sometimes a delicious carrot cake. Reducing food waste is one of our major goals and our efforts to be environmentally responsible. Read more about our sustainability efforts here.
Where do we serve our food?
Our meeting buffets can be ordered in the meeting room of your choice, served on side tables, or in the lounge, the cosy lobby area that connects our meeting rooms.

WHERE TO MEET?
Our hotel has meeting facilities for different sizes of groups and occasions!
* In the Emmy meeting room, flooded with natural light, you can spend an efficient day with up to 26 participants.
* Our Selim meeting room can be effectively darkened for presentations and can accommodate up to 50 people in theatre format.
* For a power-packed day for a smaller team, you can book a hotel room.
* You can also hire our restaurant North Wing or the entire restaurant for up to 100 people.
