Our facilities, equipment and versatile services guarantee a successful meeting day that will leave you with a smile on your face. Our meeting rooms Emmy and Selim have the technology and internet access you need for your meetings. For a smaller team day, you can rent our stylish hotel room for your meeting. For larger company meetings, our restaurant Krog Roba in its entirety or the restaurant's North Wing are perfect.

During breaks, you can enjoy the delicacies of our kitchen, which is inspired by Nordic madness!

And as a nice bonus, getting to us is easy: a brisk little walk through the Esplanade from the railway station. Or park your car in the Kasarmitori parking garage. Our meeting rooms Emmy and Selim are accessible to all.

Whether you're looking for a classroom-style meeting space for up to 50 people or an inspiring workshop space for around 30 people, our meeting space Selim is your choice.

In the meeting room, you will find wi-fi access, two large screens, video projector and a flip chart.

Emmy (max. 26 people)

Our meeting space Emmy, with natural light, can seat up to 26 people. You can also choose from different table settings.

Want to combine the formal part of the meeting with a relaxed evening with good food? Then choose the stylish North Wing of Restaurant Krog Roba for a private party of 20-40 people.
